You can use the Busy Lamp Field feature to monitor the status of single-line sets, single-member lines, key system lines, multicall broadcast groups, and Hot Desk users. You can add a Programmable Key Module to an IP Phone or SUPERSET telephone to obtain additional BLF indicators. Users can program a busy lamp host set to give a single audible ring when a lamp first indicates ringing state (see Direct Station Select/Busy Lamp Field Programming for more information).
