Enables or disables monitoring of events associated with the handoff operations (hsHandoff. hsHandback, hsPushback) on the telnet console screen.
To use the commands, establish a secure telnet connection to port 2002 on the primary ICP.
Tracing is automatically disabled after each hand off operation completes.
