IPN DNS SHOW

Qualifiers:

Purpose:

Displays the entire contents of the DNS cache or a specific cache entry identified by host name or host IP address.

• Note: SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) is the only application that currently makes requests to keep resolved entries in the DNS cache.

Details:

Entering the command without a qualifier displays the entire cache.

Example:

Entry: IPN DNS SHOW ALL

System Response:

** DNS Cache **

DNS Cache is empty.
