PENDING_USER
SUMMARY
Provides information concerning the allocation of IP User Licenses on the system, in particular for unlicensed devices and Hot Desk ACD Agents. In a resilient configuration, unique information is displayed for the primary and secondary controllers.
The PENDING_USER qualifier displays the DN of all Hot Desk ACD Agents who are unlicensed (i.e. in "pending" state) because they were added to the system prior to MCD Release 4.1. To obtain a license, the agents must log in or the administrator must open and save their records on the User and Device Configuration form.
The SUMMARY qualifier displays the totals for the following license states:
Total Number of IP Devices with users: The total number of all licensed devices with a Service Type of "User and Device."
Total Number of Hot Desk Users: The total number of all hot desk users, including Hot Desk ACD Users who are currently unlicensed (in "pending" state) because they were created prior to MCD Release 4.1.
Total Number of IP Secondary Users: The total number of users who are registered on the secondary element but currently hosted on the local element.
The sum of the totals will not exceed the Maximum_Configurable_Users_and_IP_Devices value in the License and Option Selection form.
Note: The following examples are for a resilient configuration, with unique details provided for the two controllers (primary and secondary).
