You can add new user profiles to your system database by adding new users in the User and Device Configuration form.
Notes:
If you wish to add a large number of users, use the Import functionality. See About Importing User and Device Data for more information.
To add a new user
Access the User and Device Configuration form.
Click Add.
Select a Service Type: User and Device or Hot Desking User.
Note: To add a userless (unlicensed) device, select IP Device Only as the Service Type.
Enter the user's Personal, Device, Policies and Services, Voice Mail, and Desktop Tool Access information.
Note: The Directory Number and Device Type field are required fields.
Click Save.

Fields contain values defined in the template associated with the user role you have selected. Fields not programmed in the template will contain a default values.
