Ensure that:
The Quad BRI Framer Module is installed and programmed
Ensure that Interconnect Restriction and Intercept Handling is programmed for each trunk.
The local carrier service can support 64 Kbps data calls.
Note: For video conferencing over a BRI interface, the central office (CO) must support 64 Kbps clear channel data calls.

To program BRI trunks:
Digital Link Descriptors form
Enter a number (1 through 16) to identify the Link Descriptor.
Select "BRI" in the Integrated Digital Access field.
Digital Links form
Enter the number of the Digital Link Descriptor programmed in step 3.
MSDN-DPNSS-DASSII Trunk Circuit Descriptors form
Enter a unique number (1-32) to identify the Trunk Circuit Descriptor.
Select BRI from the Card Type field.
Select Toll Office or Local Office in the Far End Connection field.
Trunk Attributes form
Enter the COS number
For Non-dial in trunks, set the Day, Night1, and Night2 Answer Points
For Dial in Trunks, set the number of digits to absorb in the Incoming Digit Modification-Absorb field.
Digital Trunks form
Enter a Trunk Number, Trunk Service Number (from step 6), Circuit Descriptor number (from step 5), and the Interconnect Number.
Network Synchronization form
Assign a source connection to a Network Source Clock.
ISDN Protocol form
Select the appropriate Bus Type,
Point-to-Multipoint, Manual TEI (if required) and TEI value.
Trunk Groups form
Create a trunk group number and assign trunks to the trunk group.
ARS Digit Modification Plans form
For each Digit Modification Number, specify the number of dialed digits to absorb and the digits to be inserted.
Class of Restriction Groups form
Specify the Classes of Restriction to include in each Class of Restriction Group.
ARS Routes form
For each Route Number, specify the Trunk Group Number, Class of Restriction Group Number, and Digit Modification Number.
(Optional) In the Digits Before Outpulsing field for each Route Number, specify the number of digits to process before overlap outpulsing begins.
(Optional) Designate routes to be used for Emergency Services by entering "E" in the Route Type column.
ARS Digits Dialed form
Specify the digits to dial to access routing information.
Complete the Number of Digits to Follow field.
ARS Leading Digits form (Optional)
In the Leading Digits field, specify which digits must be dialed to access the information in this form.
In the COR Group field, specify the Class of Restriction Group number that the does NOT have access to ARS leading digits.
