SDS - Changing the Distribution Scope

After your data-sharing network is established, you can change the scope at which a given form shares its data.

To modify the data-sharing scopeAll Network Elements, All Cluster Members, All 3300 ICPs, Network Group Members, Admin Group Members, Resilient Pair, Member Hosts, Hospitality Gateway and Guest Room Host, Hospitality Gateway and Suite Host, or None. of a shareable form

1. Using the SDS Form Sharing form, identify the scope and records you wish to share. See Specifying the Shared Data for more information on how to modify the data shared.

2. Synchronize the network elements. See Synchronizing Data.

• Notes:

• To change records within the SDS Form Sharing form, your user profile must be assigned System Data Synchronization Admin access rights.

• The data in the SDS Form Sharing form is shared with other elements and appears in the SDS Form Sharing forms of the other elements.
